My dad asked me to shave his head today, since his hair was falling out from the treatment.............I cried the whole time I did it........

By the way, I just wanted to say thanks for all your text messages, phone calls, and messages on the carbridge site! They ment a lot to me and my family..........actually, I have had the phone in my hand when some of you have called, but didn't answer because all I would do is cry. Thanks for the prayers ya'll!

update on my dad!

Well, I have been staying at my parents house since my dad was diagnosed with cancer....he ended up having multiple tumors! He goes back up to mayo clinic tomorrow for the reults......please pray! This has been a real sledge hammer to the chest to me! I'm supposed to be the strong one of the family, but have found myself really struggling with this. I don't have a release.........the only time is when I go running! I know I need to be at my parents house, for both my dad and my mom. My mom lost both her mom and a brother this year, and this of course doesn't help! I was up with her the last couple nights, because after dad goes down, she just collapses! My dad is on pain killers and really can't do much but relax in his chair because of the pain. PLUS HE HAS NO CHOICE, BECAUSE MY MOM HAS HIM ON LOCK DOWN!!!....:) MY MOM IS THE ULTIMATE GUARDIAN!!!! The man is amazing to me......while I'm struggling with why this is happening, he is praying that Gods will be done! I understand that, but am selfish and pray that my dad will be ok! Anyways, I don't really talk to anybody, because I just can't talk right now.......which is why I'm writing this.......kind of to vent I guess. I wake up crying in mourning, in the shower,and in my car after work before I walk into my parents house! Its been hard......

anyways, I set up a blog for my dad to journal in, so people can keep up with out constantly calling, stopping by, or calling the business! Trust me, we all appreciate it, but when the phone rings six times an hour AT THE LEAST!!!!! It is hard for my dad and mom to get some sleep!
